Employee Friendly Enterprise Award

The objective of this award is to encourage businesses to implement employee-friendly policies. Employers can self-nominate or can be nominated by a third-party. This category will have an online voting component and will be open for voting at the "Premios a la Excelencia" Event.

Friendly Award Parameters

Award Parameters are as follows:
• Employee Retention Rates as evidenced by turnover rates
• Flexibility of Scheduling and Time-Off
• Benefits
• Employee Satisfaction (LACC will provide a survey to nominee’s employees in which the respondents will remain anonymous)
• Provide a Description of the Business
